I was in the store yesterday to send a mother's day package. The line was basically out of the door. (It was around lunchtime). The two young ladies treated every customer professionally, with respect and as though they were the only customer in the store, without ignoring customers who were waiting. Their teamwork was impeccable. But what really impressed me was the patience one of the associates had with an elderly, handicapped vet. Those two ladies deserve a promotion or at least a pay increase. Great job UPS Store at country club in Miami Gardens!

I visited this store last week and it was very busy but even with that happening the staff was very efficient and courteous to all their customers. The store was also clean and inviting. I will be returning.
