It is extremely disrespectful when you take your car for service at a place where it should be safe and gets completely destroyed. I took my car in for service and when I went the next day to pick it up they had parked it far which was unusual. When I went to get my car they had completely scraped and dented the right side. I was not informed this had happened to my vehicle. They tried to hide it and scam me so I would leave with the car in that condition. It is extremely unprofessional of a dealer to do such thing. Very disappointed as this is the SECOND time I take my car for service and they damage it. No apologies for the situation from anyone. Didn't even informed me they had damaged my vehicle. They are tried to hide the situation and again this is the second time this same scenario happens. It is unacceptable and I am very disappointed in this Toyota location.

Called several Toyota service departments prior to getting Headquarter. I either got voicemail or hung up on at those places. Then I called and got Emilio, one of the service advisors, to explain my car issue. He was extremely patient and explained the entire service process. He kept me updated. He went over and beyond my expectations. I am very satisfied with the level of service he provided.
