A great customer service, when I placed the order the delivery date was wrong and I spoked to the manager and he help me scheduling a new order with no charge at all for the date i need it.. It was our church 19 anniversary!! Awesome customer service 👏🏻👏🏻

Psychotic Dagedar

This was my first and LAST time shopping at Party City! The store was disgusting and messy. Items were scattered about and the floor was practically brown; the floor is supposed to be white. The bathroom is on a whole different level, I don't even want to get into the details. The employees were nice though, you can tell they try their best to work through the horrendous conditions provided to them by their company. Do better Party City.

They were low on products. Half the store was empty. Where they did have products the lights were broken so we had to look in the dark. Great for getting balloons filled with helium. We visited 11/6/2021.

EDIT: I’ve upgraded my review to three stars because the manager was very polite and helped me as soon as I approached him and made me his priority. He even compensated me for my wait time and just don’t do curbside pick up Just don’t ever try their curbside pick up it’s worse than waiting in the line …. I’ve seen 10 people come and go with their items, and have been here waiting for about 30 minutes. Notified them 5 minutes before arrival that I was already here…….. then after 10 min I called them.. “let me put you on a brief hold while I prepare your order” I literally have 1 item… on hold for 15 minutes. Great service if ur dead ! I like 49th st better I guess they just have high school kids working here….
