This is not Mount Sinai but the name is not even close to a Hospital or an Urgent Care. The only good thing is that we went in fast due to it was empty. We had 2 Nurses and a Nurse Practitioner. Nurse #1 ask my wife to give a urine sample. Once she comes back we tell her that there in the tray is the urine sample she says "ok someone is going to come and pick it up". Later she pases by again and says that if nobody has passed by to pick up the urine. I was like "why can she just take it" but my wife said well maybe is their way of doing things mind my wife is an RN herself works Mount Sinai. Later Nurse #1 says the Dr hasn't come ? We told her no and nobody has pick the urine over an Hr ago nurse #1 said "oh ok" and she left. Later a Nurse Practitioner shows and we said sorry but my wife feels better if an MD comes to check her. The Nurse Practitioner says "sorry i am the only one there is no MD's here just Nurse Practitioner's so my wife didn't like that. However she carry on and the Nurse Practitioner left. Then Nurse #1 didn't liked that my wife told the Nurse Practitioner that the urine sample still there so later after a while Nurse#2 comes with the discharge papers and said "well your going home" my wife was. How come we never saw the Nurse Practitioner again or Nurse#1 to tell us the results or anything else. We ask the Nurse#2 we want to talk to our first Nurse#1 he said "shes busy we are really busy today" it was empty only 3 patients in the ER and we told him why our nurse is to busy to take care of us she knows my wife case better of to discharge her. He said well shes to busy now so here are the papers and just sign here. Guess what a bill over $5000 for anything but taking the vital signs and the urine still on the table. Sad but true Not Worth the Headache. Long Story but a bad experience!!!
