I took a return package on Wed Dec 1. Now it's Mon Dec 6, and the package still hasn't been sent out. Does this UPS Store not have UPS pick up? Unreal! Not happy with this store. PS Don't bother calling this store. They don't answer their phone.

B+ | This store is organized and has so many packages I picked up my package pretty seamlessly one day and the attendant was friendly and made sure that I was properly helped before moving on to the next customer. The store is a but tiny given the circumstances and possible amount of customers that could arrive yet they make it work and it always seems to run like a well oiled machine.

The best option is calling them but in usps they charge you for the box I create 20 dollars and you can send what you want no matter the weight. Ups will cost you a lot of money.
