Worst place to live. Apartment 115 feeds pigeons all day, this apartment complex doesn’t care about pest concerns at all, takes weeks to get anyone to your unit. Can’t wait to not renew my lease! UPDATE TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE BELOW: Per pest control there were two sessions that needed to be conducted. Your office staff had and HAS record of the second request put in, in which took three weeks to obtain response to. I literally had to contact the headquarter office in California before I saw movement on the second request. Outside of being 9 months pregnant and being told by your staff pretty much ‘It was my problem,’ amongst the countless laws that prohibit pigeon feeding and the health risks that come along with inhaling such toxins, your office staff has been no help. I can assure you we would not have moved here if we KNEW the problem. Veronica REFUSED to allow us to view the unit UNTIL we paid deposit? That alone is unheard of, once she got the deposit money, she moved us in, IF YOU REVIEW THE INITIAL CONTRACT, the pigeons weRE definitely mentioned as concern, in which took an almost year (we moved in last October) to remotely see any solution. NEVER missed a payment NEVER been late, won’t be getting anymore of my money this upcoming renewal.

The first time I enter at the office I saw Veronica (The manager) the way she smile and ask if she can help I knew she was genuinely interested and not only in helping but in making the precess, pain free. The community is small, clean and Veronica and Antonio always care. Hope to make this my home for couple of years. Thank you
