Three stars for the location and size/aesthetics of apartments interiors and the maintenance crew. Based on a couple of the office staff here. I’d give one star. The girls at this office location are very rude and unprofessional under pressure. Don’t take my word for it though. Live here long enough and engage with them enough times with your concerns and you’ll see for yourself! As a tenant of this property, I refuse to allow leasing agents who are to manage the place I pay to “live” to treat me as if I am beneath them and make my “home” an unpleasant place to be. When we as tenants come to you folks with concern especially those initiated by you folks, it is your job to practice customer service, hear us out and answer our questions as best as you can with every effort possible. Not take your time and talk down to us or turn us away until it is convenient for you gals, Tracy(office manager) and Genine(office assistant). It is absurd to order people to pay fees with the threat of accruing more without thorough explanation all because YOUR computer screen shows a balance. Don’t just leave vague notes on our doors and expect that to be it. If I’m going to give you my money, I DEMAND TO KNOW EVERY LITTLE DETAIL AS TO WHY!!! This property is also turning very ghetto and parking is becoming an issue.

As long as you don't park under a overhang area your guest will be fine. I do not represent the apartment complex but I do live there and have had overnight guest stay. Hope this helps.
Each unit has a call number linked from the gate box to a phone number of their choice. Guests can search a resident name or type in the call number, and the phone number will be dialed. Then the resident only needs to answer the call and type in a number to open the gate. Guests can park in any uncovered parking space. I'm not sure about overnight parking, but no guest passes are needed during the day
Is the remote to the gate in the form of a sticker applied to the car? or an actual device? and does it work without having to open car window? FEE??
