Love living at this Apartment complex! Amenities are phenomenal! Multiple pools, Hot Tub, 24 hour gym, dog walking area, trash pick up service, and easy access to frisbee golf course! The Apartments are constantly being upgraded inside with new appliances, flooring, bathrooms, and fresh coats of paint as new tenants arrive! The exterior is immaculate with flowering plants and well groomed palm trees and grassy area for kids to play on! There are multiple outdoor grills for cooking, hammocks to relax on, and the location itself has amazing access to a grocery shopping center, home and garden center, and fine dining literally next door! The office staff is by far amazing with fast response times, and quick to answer the phone and resolve issues. Rent can be paid in person or on their app. As well the office can be contacted for maintenance requests on their app! 10/10!!!

Lost Lagarde

We had lived here for a year. My wife and I. They tried changing our end lease date without telling us. Threatened to kick us out if we couldn't find our lease agreement. Which of course we had a copy of and after emailing it to them I had no apology for the inconvenience and break of contract. Just a simple, “the problem has been fixed Mr.Lagarde.” If you don’t want to get screwed go somewhere else.
