It is very hard to get ahold of the property manager unless your a resident. My suggestion would be to go to Ballerina and drive around to see if you can find him or someone that knows where to find him.

Yes to my knowledge their is always lots available im unsure of the rent but most of the trailers are pretty nice for adfordable cost hope that helped, have a blessed day
