It's a dump
Unfortunately the owner of the place doesn't care about it and refuses to put money into it. Her husband bought the place before he died and she couldn't care less about it. My parents managed it for about a year but were given no funds to do any repairs other than to patch a few pot holes. All equipment they either found or had to buy on their own with their earned money. They were fired for "taking advantage of the provided finances" when there were none.
Someone that needs to fix the roads and to get the drug dealers out of there
I dont know who owns it but u r right..the street is horrible...the junk all over is disgusting...the lawn care is awful...i would b willing to go on a crusade to save this place and the children who live there....build it to encourage order and cleanliness.....GOD show what to do and where to start..
