When we applied, we were required to have all members living in the house over the age of 18 pass a credit check. But there were different management in at that time. For us it was easy. I'm not sure now what it's like. Good luck.

Yes, one "house-pet" is allowed per Homesite. The maximum weight for a dog is 25 lbs and not to exceed 15 inches in height. Aggressive breeds are prohibited.

There is a small area that does not allow dogs. But the majority of the park allows leashed pets.

Depends. On the quality you are looking for .. fixer uppers around 10,000 less work more money average with little work 40,000 ... They also have new with no work .. very strict on who lives there .. get approved first then look .. you don't need to buy to put in the application ..

Currently the Park's Monthly Space Rent is $498.00, plus a flat rate fee for sewer & trash service and submetered water utility charge based on consumption. A $600.00 Security Deposit due at time of move-in.

The mobilehomes are owner occupied, meaning homeowner has to live in the mobilehome and not allowed to rent it out to others. The Park only rents out the Homesite spaces.

Yes one pet per household allowed with weight limit of 25lbs.

The Mobile Home Park doesn't accommodate RVs or camper trailers. There's a RV Park located next door. Residents of the mobilehome park are responsible to pay for all their utilities.

Monthly Space Rent is $498.00. Mobile Homes are available for purchase by Home Owner.
