Can you buy the land flat fee or buy from the owner of one of the houses you buying?

You only own the house you buy thry own the land and you pay space rent and property tax for the land

Just to clarify....You only own the house you buy...other folks own the land and you pay space rent to them and ....who pays the property tax for the land...since you didnt technically buy the land

Just space rental if you qualify
