You can rent your space but you have to own the mobile home
I don't know if it is or isn't . I am helping my buddy remodeling one we gut it out and put up sheetrock through out new flooring new AC unit and new aplys. It's for sale space 169 we are not dune yet but it should be dune in about two more weeks. It's a three beds and two bathrooms stop by and take a look.

They don't rent, you buy a home that's on the property but you pay about between 7 to $800 a month but that covers your PG&E trash water but it's nice and quiet they have a public pool in a pool at the clubhouse and it is a great place to live my opinion
