really bad service for picking up nobody talk to you nicely you just show attitude my brother going to pick up my package and he told me your package is not here because I am receiving this morning call he hold my package but now he said you don’t have a package here what the hell I don’t know what’s going on

The worst service. It took a while to get a notice about my delivery and said it’ll be delivered to my home but instead it’ll be taken here and I had 5 days to pick up. But their hours are the worst. I have classes and impossible for me to pick up. It should have arrived on last Tuesday around 7 pm at my home but I never got a notification about that. I hope to pick up during the weekend but they’re closed. And those two days are considered days during that five day window and now my package has been sent back. I never understand why they can’t send packages to the closest ups store if they’re too lazy to drop off peoples houses.
