i ordered few things from target and the shipper has not ship my packages it suppose to deliever today and ontrac tracking site still on pending of my packages Update, my package been delievered to wrong house

I received a notification claiming my package has been delivered. Nowhere in sight. No doorbell, knock, anything. I haven’t seen so much as a delivery person drive by. Update: I’ve recently received packages from this company, and they’ve seemed to pull it together. They got my package ahead of schedule in the right place.

Terrible Quality Control! Amazon and Ulta tend to use this company to help deliver packages. I told Amazon long ago do not deliver via On Trac because they just dump packages at the bottom of your driveway not at your door! Today my two Ulta packages got delivered and the driver dumped them at the bottom of my driveway instead of driving all the way up which isn’t very far. If I have lipstick or face creams and such they will melt and be ruined thanks to this drivers idiocy!
