I refused to go to this O'Reilly during a past visit I was clearly being ignored and not recognized but we've been having overheating problems so this is closest to me. These past couple times I went I received friendly service and I was asked if I need help. I think there can still be work on the customer service on some of the employees but I will be utilizing this one moving forward. I feel customer service is important being in it for soo very long. I don't go to places that fail miserably in that area. They also need more employees to free up others from having to feel stretched in every part of the store.

I don’t know a lot about cars but the gentleman here behind the counter is very patient with me because I ask a lot of questions. He’s very knowledgeable I forgot his name been great customer service here

Yes, sometimes the one you want is at a different location; they will have it brought to your store in an hour or two...
Your local O'Reilly Auto Parts will gladly charge and test your battery at no charge. Depending on the battery condition it may take few hours to fully charge the battery. Contact your local O'Reillys for more details

Actually, when you purchase your item they ask for a phone number just in case you loose your receipt. . So as long as you know your # or the # of who purchased it you should he fine.
