By the park rules you have to own the mobile to live in so no rentals other than the spaces. There are a couple of empty spaces if you want to buy one and move it into. I haven't seen anyone for sale lately. Space rent will be $630 starting next month includes trash sewer and water. Other than that it's a quiet place to live.

Does anyone know what the web site to pay your rental space on this property thank you
