Storz Management will raise rent whenever possible and has little to no interest in infrastructure improvement for the park. That being said this is to no fault of the good groundskeepers or the nice in person management at the park itself.

Hi I have lived here over 15 years when I first moved here it was a beautiful place managers come and go but this management .I am going to charge if you breaking swimming pool I am going to charge you if the yard is not up to our expectations I am going to charge . living here is like living in a concentration camp you have to explain that your hand rails are wobbly because you’re going to put new carpet down you have to explain why your window screen is cornered up so your cat can come in you have to explain that you bought the mobile home from the park without the backyard having anything in there and that you will not plant grass because you did not buy it that way .they will charge you I make $1000 a month I paid $685 a month and yet they think they can get more money from me by just saying hey I think I’m going to charge you an extra $15 for no reason I Think I’m going to mail you back your check that has money in the bank and charge you $15 because You did not pay me correctly the way I think you should have that is what Brenda did to me today and then gave me a 30 day notice to get out of my home she is supposed to give me a 30 day notice and explain why they are charging me $15 . Icontacted my lawyer I am also handicapped With a learning disability Why don’t we all just be a big bully and have the power
