Don't buy here, the whole place is a scam to milk you for fees. Lot rent goes up frequently while the park offers 0 services to accommodate the price increases. They will tell you one thing then a couple months later say the opposite. Everybody I've known in the park has nothing but bad things to say about management. Save yourself the stress and go anywhere else.

It was ok just to much rules I lived there for 19 years just got tired of management thats all other than that its a nice place to live

The pictures and website are misleading. I visited the property after looking online. I saw a lot of For Sale signs on old trailers. I believe their is a difference between trailer and Mobile Home. Makes me wonder why so many vacant trailers.

Hi Veronica! I'm sorry to report that we are unable to accommodate RV's per city code unless a lot is strictly rented for the purpose of storing the RV and not for living in.
Hi Sunny! Unfortunately, because of city code we are unable to accept travel trailers into our community. The only exception is if the owner of the travel trailer is renting the lot for storage purposes only and the trailer is not being utilized at anytime as a temporary or permanent residence.
