The new owners are saying no dogs allowed and they are really hard nose about everything and the road in there with pot holes that will swallow a car

The new owner will make your life hell when all you're trying to do is make her happy. She's trying to clear everyone out. Also I think there's a Volkswagen down in one of the potholes to help you drive across.
