The management is rude and doesn't respect anyone. Roads are terrible and the few trailers for rent are gross and falling apart. Not worth it dude run away now
I don't know anything about Ballerina. You can go talk to office at Bates City Mobile Home Park right next door. They are open only Mondays and Fridays.
The new owners are saying no dogs allowed and they are really hard nose about everything and the road in there with pot holes that will swallow a car
Yes, iv never lived their personaly but the people i have visited their have probably been evicted from every home they ever stayed in and they were still accepted. The people who own the trailer park will work with just about anybody thats willing to help them selves and understand pwople go through rough patches so you should be alright. It is very hard to get ahold of the property manager unless your a resident. My suggestion would be to go to Ballerina and drive around to see if you can find him or someone that knows where to find him.
