Affordable is so relative but also rent varies so much on Washington Boulevard. Claridge and City Club run from around $1200 to around $2400, Whitney is up over $1800 to around $3500, Kamper Stevens and Washington Boulevard Apartments are low income and rent is based on income but averages around $500 to around $900. The Book Building is going to have high end apartments as well as low income apartments and also retail and office space when it reopens.
