Management at times can be unprofessional and rude. Friends of other tenants will break into your unit, steal from you and your children and just make it very difficult for you and your family. Usually in government subsidy housing you will find activities like this. However if you can't afford to do better, you just have to deal with it.
God help you though.

Yes, we do a credit check, to see if you will be able to get your utilities turned on in your name..and to see if you're a felon👍.
