In the winter months the apartments are freezing. The heat is very low just enough so the pipes won't burst. Also in the winter time the parking is terrible. So many people take up 2 parking spaces on purpose. So sometimes you might not be able to park inside the gate. Also in the winter time there is no salt put down so you may fall off the porch and slip and fall on the sidewalk and entire parking lot is very icy. So in the winter months and cold months period you may have to live somewhere else that's warm and has heat. Don't move here!

My air has been out a YEAR and I have been telling the manager here and it has YET TO BE CHANGED!!!! There is mold from water leakage coming from this old not working unit. This place is a mess!!!!

Currently living here for 6 years and they will not fix the mold or the electricity being out for days due to water leakage from another tenant. Very hazardous to tenants living here. Unsafe and unprofessional. I have to live in hotels because of the mold and electricity issues and no reimbursements were issued for my inconvenience. This place has got me to where I was going but that’s it.

I’m an current tenant in building A, Don’t move here somebody Shot out one of the windows in building B Bullet holes to the window here, they had beef with management, Dangerous place to live, this place is Infested with Box Beatle Bugs, Crawling everywhere and Roaches too. I’m in the building A with the manager Gail and her boyfriend, her boyfriend is one of the maintenance guys, but one of the apartment business associates said, in front of 3 ppl including me that he was going to see his girlfriend Gail so Idk if she has two boyfriends. Also, It’s a causican tall husky built man with a bald head on the third floor who sells drugs in my building A, he even smokes heavy cigarettes, even tho it says no smoking in apartments, but the Gail won’t say anything to him or give him A warning or remover because he is white too. Maintenance don’t answer after hours, Laundry washers out of service, never work, in the winter they do not plow the snow, your vehicle will be stuck, you will have to c
