Run! I was applying to live in one of there apartments at the same time as my sibling, and the manager Callie Robinson informed me that if I didn’t move in, I’d be able to get my $200 holding fee for the apartment back! I never ended up moving in, and I called and let them know that and to get my money back, only for Callie to lie and tell me that someone else had already moved in and put a holding fee on the same apartment I was moving into! Low and behold, the apartment that I was moving into was JUST moved into yesterday as I seen someone from the office showing them around when I visited my sister! She refuses to give me back and when I called the corporate office, no one answers the phone! Don’t go here if you want honesty and integrity!

The place has went down! The gates stay broke an The AUM bill steady creeps up to pay for the repairs to the gates. The rain comes threw the apartment walls rottening the areas an leaving water stain around the apartment. Milipedes stayed in my apartment an I just got tired of giving them all this money an they cannot get a real exterminator out to spray the unit so I wouldn't have the problem again. Winter is coming an the snow plowers will block your car in with the snow an they don't put much salt down for the tenants. Everyone knows the gate codes to get in an out the complex with no problem. Tenants don't be having nowhere to park because of the visitors parking lot stays full.
