They have mice due to small dumpsters & will not put poison out there. People leave trash on the grounds. They have major issues. Sand & water seeping into the basement causing mold. Limited maintenance staff that responds slowly & usually only does patch jobs. A neighbor had a broken window for many weeks. Staff is rude and unresponsive. Contractors ruined some items and they won't reimburse. They have failed many city inspections and even state too. This management cares about saving money not tenants comfort. They are always behind in paperwork and staff turnover is high due to being mistreated or overworked. I wouldn't come here is my honest recommendation.

This Community has really gone down, in the past three years. Maintenance does not clean the community. I asked for the trash to be removed, as I have a back unit near the trash area. I was told they did not have time to clean the. The next day, there was a big mouse not a mice in my unit. Pest company was supposed to come out twice, mouse still there. No worth a Star.
