Comfortable, quite and well kept apartments. The landscape always looked immaculate and maintenance was quick to fix anything.

They will approve you, tell you to give your landlord a 30 day notice and then deny you….be careful

There's not really a straight answer because It really all depends on what they have available and what you're looking for or if your looking to buy or rent.
We do have income based option available. Please contact the leasing office more more details.
We currently have a wait list for 2 bedrooms, depending on the unit style on can come available shortly. Feel free to stop by take a look at the floor plans.
Yes it does
Not quite sure you would have to inquire at the rent office
Hi Mia, We have both affordable and market rate homes. There is a closed waitlist for some of the affordable programs but others are always open. Please feel free to contact the office for more info.
There are fair market rates for 2 and 3 bedrooms, also there are senior apartments and low income apartments. So you have to contact the rent office for more information. The apartments are not equipped with washers and dryers. In the 123 apartments there is a hook up for them.
You can call them or stop in the office and pick up an application.
