I’ve been with Doctor Mafood for a couple of years now since moving from Connecticut. He’s helped me more in two years than all my other doctors combined (9) over the last 15 years. Doc takes the time to explain every little thing in detail, then emails you notes from your visit. If every Doctor was as thorough as Dr Mafood so many more people would be feeling better and understanding their conditions and causes.

I started seeing this Dr. When I first moved to PSL. I have never been treated so horrible in my life. I have RA, Psoriatic Arthritis and all he was worried about is drug testing me for every drug there is, with out me knowing. I have never ever done drugs in my life. So I don't understand what right he had to test me, when i was there because of a illness, not a drug problem. The worst Dr. Would never recommend and office staff, attitude city. I don't have time for that nonsense. I would give him a below star, but there isn't one. Do your research before going to this Dr. Left with the same pain that I walked in with.

The receptionist claims she is in charge of 4 phone lines. I tried over 30 times last week to get through. Eventually I got thru and when I complained about their service she just put the phone down. My wife has Lupus and chronic hives, she has called the Dr when he was on call about 12 times and received no response. Nothing! The after answering service later said the office had left her multiple messages which was a complete lie. I can't believe this place has a license

If you are already a patient I find leaving a message on the patient portal.If not good luck I've told him several times that his answering service doesn't always answer.
How do I get thru to cancel appt and do u get charged for not calling?
