I wanted to update this because fair is always fair. The owner called me listen to my complaint didn’t try to make excuses. I was able to get in with my favorite nail girl in the whole wide world. I left there feeling beautiful and happy. Thank you Melissa And thank you management I appreciate you very much. The receptionist the owner is allowing to answering the phones is absolutely clueless on how to make an appointment in the scheduling system. I have addressed this several times with the ownership as well as my nail tech, not her fault she’s not the one scheduling, But it is the money coming out of her pocket and it is a customer lost for the salon. The phone rings off the hook they do not answer it. They over book on pedicures and while you’re finishing the next nail tech is hovering waiting to get the seat..or They seat you in the pedicure chair when over booked, let you soak into your feet become like prunes waiting for the nail tech to come along. I am a huge supporter of small business but I need to bounce.

I noticed a faint green line under my nail and some discomfort. So I used pure acetone to soak the acrylic off. Unfortunately my nail broke completely off up to the green fungal line in the middle of my nail bed. I’ve been getting my nails done off and on for 20 years. Never in my life have I had this issue. Is this due to lack of sanitizing tools!?
