The expertise level of the entire staff is remarkable, but I have to highlight how Deneese is amazing at what she does when it comes to Brazilian Blow Outs, Balayage and styling. Whether I'm asking for subtle dimension or a balayage that incorporates a drastic departure from my natural color, she is great at it all. From the vibe of the salon to the warmness of the staff I will always recommend Blvd!

First time customer … never made it to the chair. I found the salon on Yelp and it had good reviews. I scheduled an appointment a few days ago and scheduled with Cole for a cut and color. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment on Saturday morning at 9:45am the salon was empty other than who I assumed to be Cole, a client in his chair and the receptionist (strange for a Saturday morning) and after a look of confusion on the receptionist’s face, a brief conversation with Cole in the back… I was told that they called and texted me to confirm. And since I didn’t respond my appointment was cancelled. I never received a call or text. I asked her when they tried to confirm and she said yesterday. Again I never received a call, message or text. When I asked what time they called/text… she said she didn’t know because she doesn’t do the confirmations. I am disappointed as I have an event to go to tonight. Being told that my appointment was canceled for not responding to thier alleged confirmation call/text was upsetting as it simply isn’t true. I think the worst part was that Cole never even looked in my direction. The receptionist was a very sweet young girl but no attempt to reschedule, compensate, offer another stylist (if there was one because no one else was there). Cole and this salon may very well offer great services, however they are in dire need of customer service training. My suggestion would be to take a deposit from your new clients if you are concerned about no shows.

I'm beyond satisfied with Kayla, she has taken care of me from day one which has been a year and half. Her team is always amazing too. Kayla is extremely knowledgeable and is extremely pleasant everytime i see her. She definitely listens and talks through options plus goes over prices beforehand so you aren't surprised I'm forever grateful for her and the staff at Blvd Hair. I couldn't be happier with a great beautician and salon.
