Kim, Our Senior Community residents needs to be 62 or older. Gardenview does offer luxury living for all ages in our family community. If that is something you are interested in, please stop by and we will be excited to assist you with the application process.

Hello Pettiford, We do offer a combination of both affordable units and market rate. We do not have many 4 bedrooms which makes our waitlist a little long for these types units. The 4 bedroom waitlist is approximately 3 years out.
