Since I can’t speak to management when I call! I wanted to say that you all have dropped the ball completely! I submitted my application in May and let everyone in the office know that I had a Section 8 voucher. Danyalle Spalding was the rudest unprofessional leasing agent I’ve ever met! She carelessly handled my paperwork. Even gave me someone else’s information and not mine! She denied my application and was rude when I submitted everything and tried to understand what she needed. (SINCE MAY)I will also be submitting a report to the BBB as well!

Hello Pettiford, We do offer a combination of both affordable units and market rate. We do not have many 4 bedrooms which makes our waitlist a little long for these types units. The 4 bedroom waitlist is approximately 3 years out.
I did a application like last year an was contacted last week and I did another app an let them know I have a voucher so now I'm waiting on a response via mail, I'm just a little anxious that's why I asked
Thank you for your inquiry. We currently work off a wait-list but always taking application. I encourage you give us a call to discuss further availability so that we may assist in getting a home for you and your daughter. With the certain affordable program units the rent is calculated off your income.
Yes but we work off a waitlist. If you are not currently on the waitlist you can stop in and fill out the application to be placed on it. Thank you for reaching out and we hope this helps.
Hi Sheila, We currently have a couple available. Please call and schedule an appointment to come in.
Yes, but currently have a wait-list for them.
Hi Char, thank you for the question. Although there are basements, they are not finished.
That for the reaching out Lynard. Our rent varies, any where from $400-$1250, depending on the unit type and program.
Thank you for contacting Gardenview. To answer your question, the wait will depend on the program you qualify for. The best way to pre-qualify is to come into to office and complete the application. We will be able to give a more accurate wait time once we pre-qualify.
