They do not believe in repairs they want to patch everything put a Band-Aid on it and the front and the back for your is nasty the carpet is bad in there it's dirty it looks like it has infestation before you could use a makeover really bad especially front stairs feel like you're going to fall through it they want their rent but they don't like repairing anything
