I have wrinkles from a storm and the liner floating some in the pool. No leaks or dark spots liner is 3 years old, can the wrinkles be walked out it’s hard to clean and keep clean. Octagon Inground pool??

That means water have gotten under the liner. Should discuss with someone at Rinsing Sun Pool.
