Area is good for being near anything but be careful if a bait and switch I got stuck with and untouched and not ready until that we are discovering that no work has been done to it at all. For the money we spend you'd think we can get an actual plummer to come out and fix the leak in my childs room but he's making his 4th trip to my home just to not fix the issue! I'll not be renewing my lease infact it's probably best I pay a lawyer just to find a way out of this slum so my family can live decently. It's a falling apart shack that we pay too much for because I was shown something vastly different from what was given. BE WARE!

Besides the passing average apartments for criminal rates, they just decided that, after I’ve been living here a year, that all my visitor’s cars need boots, with no prior warning. This is especially egregious due to the fact that because everyone else must park on the street, the street cars block the view when tenants try to leave, creating a HIGHLY dangerous situation. I’ve seen several accidents there the past year. Not that management cares. As long as they’re squeezing you for every last bit of money. Seriously, if you can afford these apartments, then your money is better off going elsewhere where it will get you a friendlier, safer environment.

Rob, the maintenance supervisor, is hands down the best maintenance staff I have ever encountered at an apartment complex. Even though the property is older, you can tell he takes extremely good care of it and actually cares about the residents!

Bad experience I went to visit a family member for a moment and when I greeted them they gave me a ticket of 180 dollars that I had to pay at the time bad experience there is no parking for visitors and the person was rude they are not fair that's 180 dollars I don't know they win just like that I'm going to need to return the money in some other way they'll do it they're not fair
