I've been here for four years. Overall, the complex is quite nice. Occasionally there will be loud music or fireworks, but it's far better than the dorms I lived in back in college. The apartments have a large amount of storage space. Rent has gone up steeply each year I've been here. It is just a quick trip by car to either Cary or downtown Raleigh, and a grocery store is within walking distance.

I have lived in 3 different apartments in this complex. I have loved each experience living here. The complex really takes care to keep the place looking nice. I like how it is able to keep a more nature focused look with the amount of trees. There is also nice porch sizes with the apartments. In addition to that, they are pet friendly and extremely quick to responding to maintenance orders.

Honestly just all around a really bad place to live. Before we even moved in they contacted us telling us they had rented the apartment we signed a lease on and it was no longer available. Dirty, bad location and at one point the leasing staff refused to give me my packages and were just generally rude and incredibly difficult. Such a bad place to live especially for the cost.

Jess needs a lesson or two in phone etiquette. I was inquiring about a 1 bedroom and the listed price was not the price she gave me over the phone telling me that the rates change daily and and was incredibly rude the entire conversation. You'd think that a place would be interested in talking to prospective tenants and not push them off the phone so rudely before having all their questions answered. Yesterday I left multiple messages trying to get through to the front office so I could find out more information and although their hours were listed 9-6 and I started trying to contact them at 3, I never got a response until I called back this morning and Jess answered. Seems like I dodged a bullet. If you want management to be present and helpful and be able to provide information EVEN BEFORE you move in, this is definitely not the spot for you.
