Not worth what they charge for these places! If I could give zero stars I would!!! The building hallways are disgusting & need to be power washed asap. People shouldn’t be able to let their trash pile up in the hallway it’s quite disgusting & creates bugs! Speaking of bugs the apartments have roaches but once you see the buildings & how they are kept it’s not surprising that roaches would be in the apartments! The air constantly is going out because they only always give it a temporary fix & something is either always leaking or clogged up! They never have maintenance staff it’s a hassle to get them or an exterminator out. Why have a gated community if the gates are always going to be broke & left open?! Just do yourself a favor & stay away from this complex

Not only can residents pay rent online, they can submit and track service requests, check out online deals, and stay connected to news and events in their community.
