Some of the residents are rude and need to check their attitude. They have people in their with pet pigs. I heard the people in the office stealing people rent money and they never answer the phones very unprofessional. This place is definitely gonna keep getting bad reviews if they don’t change management.

Lived there a few years ago. They enhanced the rent, and tried to make us pay for a deposit. Our heating/air did not work for 6+ months, and we were constantly telling them we needed it fix.

I have a friend who stays in the Chandler Ridge apartments, and they absolutely love living there. I also love visiting them! The maintenance staff is always really nice, friendly, and very attentive. I stayed over for a couple of weeks and my friend had a water leak at 4am. We called maintenance and they got there within ten minutes. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for an apartment complex to come to Chandler Ridge! I might just end up moving here as well.
