There is no specific amount of weight you have to lose - anything from a couple pounds to a hundred!
We are in network with all major insurance companies and medicare. Most insurance companies we are in network with cover the cost of the program, however, each person's insurance plan is different. We typically call to check coverage for each one of our patients. One insurance program that does NOT cover our program is Husky.
