10 years having services with this clinic. Paying for everything on time. They started making me a root canal and left it incomplete because I couldn't pay them $156. My $2,700 Health Savings Account was used in dental work. And for $156 they leave my root canal in half. Unbelievable 😱

Run, this is by far the absolute worst management of a dental office I have ever seen. I have a client that they scheduled 4 different appointments rescheduled each appointment telling us crazy things like the dentist went away and never came back from vacation. they were overbooked. If your over booked then you should stop taking new patients. My client now has a swollen face and an extremely bad toothache due to the negligence of this office. And they are telling me that they cannot fit him in. A bunch of clowns are running this outfit and they do not have any regard whatsoever for their patients Completely unethical office.

What a waste of time and space! Entering the facility off the bat was uncomfortable. Unprofessionalism to the max.Then to make things worse the dentist looked once in my mouth and called it an exam and no work done, not even an offered clean. I got charged $40 for nothing. It's been a week and have yet to hear back with a quote or if my insurance covers anything. Be honest if you didnt want to help or do your job, you could have saved me my time and money. Let alone the uncomfortable experience. If could put zero stars I would. I will never come back here again!!!!!!

Rude receptionist. Called to see if I can get work done and she said they aren't doing anything today. If you don't like you're job please leave it for someone else. Don't be so rude
