Can't tell you all at once the papers your missing instead they tell you, then you send over wait few days call ask if was received they say yes, to only tell you that need send different paper, expect it from start application to where getting it to take almost a year then time for redeterimation paperwork. Beyond tired of her covid that excuse is to old it doesn't help with laziness.

After waiting on hold for 30 minutes to speak to someone, the lady answered the phone and asked for my case number. I told her I did not have a case number then she hung up on me. The customer service needs a lot of work.

This establishment is completely pointless as it seems they go out of their way to NOT help you at all. My daughter went to summer camp this year and I filled out the summer PPA sent it to them in May. A representative called me a week later and told they won't accept it unless I send it a month before camp starts. I told them the camp wants all the money up front before camp starts which would be June 1st they reply they can't do anything about that just fill out the form and they'll send the reimbursement payments during the camp session. So I resend the form on June 20th having paid for the entire summer camp out of pocket. I get a letter from them in July saying they need updated pay stubs ( mind you I'm salary based no one mentions to me there are specifications for salary-based employees). So I told them I'm salary based and send the same pay stubs. I hear nothing from them the entirety of the time my daughter is at summer camp. Camp just ended on August 12th I'm just now hearing back from care for kids today AUGUST 18TG!!!!! The woman calls me and gives ME an attitude and then tells me I need to get a letter from my employer about the amount of hours I work weekly since I'm salary based. This was already discussed when I resent my paystubs back in July and at this point I don't even work for that employer anymore so I told her that and she says well you have to get a letter from them to release the payments that are going to go to the provider aka the summer camp. The summer camp my daughter went to was run at another summer camp so they're gone for the year and they will not be back until May 2023. I cannot receive it. Talk about the state helping you out

Horrible costumer service! Every representative gives you different information. Representatives are so rude and will hang up on you.Good luck waiting for a representative for 40 minutes or more.

Yes, indeed just make sure all your documents is updated and always keep care for kids informed of any household changes, such as income, family size, employment, increase or decrease in hours, attach any documents to support the changes that's being reported, send in all documents if you can,by due dates. What you can't send in, make sure you communicate with agency in a timely manner or else your check will or may be held, until all proof is sent in.
To provide financial assistance for qualified working low income families.
Contact care4kids they will inform you when and where you have to take classes.
They will cover only 4 hours a day for the sleep differential; it's very tough to locate a licensed center that will do part time hours that way, though. You'll likely be better off having a home daycare provider unless you're okay with covering the difference to the provider.
Ok thanks for the help
If the parent is approved you're eligible for payment the day after you complete the training.
Yes, as long as you've completed the orientation training you'd receive the pin along with additional information about setting up your profile on the provider portal to receive payment
The program converted to a new database back in December and became significantly backlogged. They've hired new staff between call center and case management to get caught up but it just takes time.
Unfortunately care4kids will not pay pay for stay away camp.
Yes, so long as they meet all other eligibility requirements for the program.
How old
The family I'd # and the case # are the same thing. If you already have a family id # , your new family I'd # is 500 + your current family I'd #. Hope that helps.
On January 29 via mail.
The orientation is about 3 and a half hours long.
Pick up the phone and call them directly. Why would you solicit unverified information from complete strangers?
If you currently have care 4 kids and you lose your job they can grant you a 90 day job search if you report it timely.
