09/30/2022 (1star): I’m sure if Courtney had been in charge a few years ago I would have never moved here. Her interpersonal skills (specifically listening) are none other than horrendous. Furthermore, I was harassed about not being home on spur of the moment notice for an unexpected smoke alarm change, when less than 24 hours later I have 4 leaks in my ceiling and nobody can help. Save yourself time, headache, and, ultimately, money by keeping away from properties that MAA (for some unbeknownst reason) trusts to courtney madigan’s management! I also want to shout out the rest of the staff that have to deal with disgruntled tenants such as myself as a direct result of Courtney’s ignorance. 2018 move in (5stars): Alice & Danielle were very helpful and made the application & move-in process a breeze! The apartment has all new appliances, includes a washer/dryer, and the complex offers an extensive list of amenities - including two pools and a full basketball court! Highly recommend Colonial Grand at Trinity Commons.

The maintenance team here is reliable, friendly, and timely. We appreciate the effort the team puts into our apartment. We can tell the management does care. And we appreciate the effort. But frankly it hasn't been enough to offset the issues we've had. When my husband signed the lease, he was not informed it was a smoke friendly community. We felt tricked. Originally he was placed in a unit that shouldn't have been rented out to anyone. Stains, smoke smells and smoke stains, etc. It was truly disgusting, We were thankful they moved us to a more habitable unit. However, still I have spent countless hours trying to remove smoke residue from our apartment. The ceilings are dingy. Every time I walk in the front door we are hit with the smell of smoke, We run 3 air purifiers 24/7 and our towels in our linen closet still vaguely smell like the neighbor's smoke, The neighbors smoke weed almost daily so the stairway usually reeks. Our neighbors downstairs sit on their porch and yell profanity almost constantly. We are looking forward to moving somewhere else next year.

Not a very good first impression. Roach… (not dead) & response was You just missed the bug service but we will make sure you get service NEXT week. Wish this site allowed photos/video Happy to provide if anyone wants to see. The apartment manager is very sweet. She listened to my concerns and offered 50$ refund for cleaning. (What they pay cleaning service) My first thought was if the cleaning girls are only?? Getting 50$ then no wonder the apartment was not clean. It was however painted, and new carpet & new appliances and new laminate counter tops. My 1 star is for the first impression. The rail on the third level apartment is giving away and so is the cracked cement keeping the rail and deck in place. The maint. man did come check it same day and said he would be calling someone to get this fixed ( hopefully asap) before God Forbid it collapses & …. So office staff was kind again let me state that they were kind and we were offered 50.00 credit It took 5 hours to clean and scrub blood off bath/shower Clean nasty hairs out of bathroom & kitchen cabinets and roaches There were drippings of blood down cabinet drawers and sticky stuff.and blood on floor An alarm system On wall that was just dangling Apparently you can pay 50$ to get it set up. The fire place /stone needed cleaning Noone wants to go into a new home and have to clean it after someone else lived there. Not very safe /sanitary either considering todays times. The only reason I decided to fill this review out is because it was sent to us to fill out. So I decided to share what our experience was on move in day. Hopefully the next 36”4” days will go better. Aftergiving 1 year notice to finally leave this DUMP Car was towed cost us 300$ They responded by saying 5 months ago we issued new parking stickers we sent out an email if you did not get that email we Also once you sign a year lease. Who decides 6 months later they want to change the parking sticker It is their way of making extra money because no one is renting these Dumps. Poor management COURTNEY was rude interruptive and not professional at all. DO NOT WASTE your TIME. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE !! What a scam, filthy place to live, also not one tome in a year dos they EVER change a filter. They were filthy day one and until we special ordered and payed for online they were never changed they lied and said 2 xs a year.. Last… about the towing.., a few times in the year when they wanted to make sure you were aware of a few “important” things they posted notifications on your door, they also have your phone contact info on your lease. There were Two other cars parked near my car that also dis not have a new tag or get notification and let me add these tags we got the day we signed our lease DID NOT eXPIRE we were told to Put on put car to park in front of our bldg. never thinking 6 months later tbey would decide to update tags and not notify us!! After paying over 1300+ a month they felt that it would be more beneficial to have our car towed and make some extra money (after we just gave our notice) than to contact us Apartment is pretty much on side and in view of office Not a care at all about good paying tenants that have pretty much taken care of all of their responsibilities as far as apartment maintenance. Hopefully I can post photos and video. If not contact me and I will share before you make a bad decision as we did. Worth the money to hire legal help due to principal of what they are doing to make extra money and what they are Not doing that is in your leasing contract.

Yes, via the Resident Login on the MAA site. Once a resident logs in, they have the ability to make service requests or send other communication to their community managers. This varies from community to community and new features are being planned for the future.

How long does it take for an application to be processed?
