The staff was very good/cooperative BUT AT&T services/System are really bad as we had to waste couple of hours in the store to just buy a new line/phone just to hear that we have to come back in a couple of days as their system wasn't showing payment which was paid and cleared on our side (and was showing that it was cleared).

As I soon walked in I was attended but when I ask the employee to transfer my partners info to the new phone the employee said he couldn’t until my new phone came in. We had left the store and went to another AT&T by southpoint mall and they attended me also they helped me what I was looking for. I don’t understand why they couldn’t help in the first place to the first AT&T store I went to.

The representatives at this store are very friendly. Even though all of them were busy With customers when I came in, they all at least looked at me and acknowledged the fact that I had walked in, probably knowing they had another worker coming from the back, which he did. Alexander Hamilton is the one who assisted me With trading in my phone and he was pretty fast and friendly.
