I wish I would have read the reviews before renting with this management. I been here 5 months and they don't repair anything. Super is lazy and can't be found when needed. They give no heat, I called 311 twice already about heat. It's freezing outside and freezing in the house. I think I will be looking for another apartment already. Smh rent is high as hell, but nothing gets done.

This management company is the worst! The walls/ceilings are hollow, so you hear everything (snoring, yelling, talking, loud music, stomping, etc.). This management company does not care about current tenants. I have been complaining about noise and they refuse to address the issue. Do not rent any apartments from this company. You will regret it

stay away, upstairs neighbors had children constantly clogging up the toilet due to negligent parents, management never did anything to help or stop the issue. this happened 8 times in a matter of 2 years before I decided to move out due to all my electronics getting water damaged since it happened when I was not home. I was never reimbursed by the management company.

I agree Tryax are unprofessional, rude and i would not recommend them to nobody. When living there in there building NOISE is the main level all thought the night, in the hallways people hang in the hallway, in front of the building selling drugs. The apartment have make shift walls so there is no isolation so it very very cold. It a shame that they still in business. The NOISE level is very high, it travel thought the walls. You hear other people music, Tv and some times conversations it not worth it say the time and YOUR MONEY. 1027 Walton Ave Bronxs.
