Newly renovated affordable housing in a great location. Nice amenities.

Facility under construction for 18 months, therefore no operational security camera's and no 24 hour security. Arrived there mid-day and it looked like a construction site!! Again no one to greet you at the entrances. I called and visited the facility and neither occurrence did they give you a warm and fuzzy introduction, I had to ask their names.

Yes... in the area of recycling/trash of the big building is many shopping carts & a couple of hand carts. In small building there are a few shopping carts typically inside near the elevators.
