ABSOLUTELY ridiculous company. Don't bother dealing with literally anybody here (except for Cara, she is a sweetheart). They can just tow vehicles at whatever time and reason that they want. My registration sticker is coming in the mail and they towed my car because it was not updated. The general manager is the rudest and least understanding person of all time. DO NOT RENT HERE

The pool was always closed due to their maintenance never keeping up with ph levels. The bathrooms at the pool are absolutely disgusting. When requested maintenance service it took them over periods of time to get to our townhome to fix mentioned issues but never mentioned a time or window of when to be home and continued to cancel our request. When they did come over the fixes were not “repaired” or had wrong measurements which took more of our time to take off to ensure they would come over. The people in the office never cared for needs or respect towards people. When moving out they charged us an enormous fee (a month and a half of rent) and put it towards credit for things we had no partake of. Such as replacing carpet and the carpet was never replaced when we moved in carpet already had stains. Charging us for resurfacing the tub, (not really sure where that comes from) replacing the cheep vinyl, etc. Threatening to charge us extra for when lease was up due to the date they gave us if we were leavening or staying. When responding back the excuse was they mistaking gave us the wrong date and it was a typo.. Let alone never notified us or would had any communication with us on the charges. All and all glad I moved out of this place and never coming back! Would never suggest a friend to move here. Hate I even have to give a one star..

Man oh man where do I begin? 1. Forget about any sort of parking near your place after 7pm. Guests takes PRIORITY. Emails constantly about guests needing to park away, yet always taking up spaces. Said they would start "towing". No towing is EVER done. Don't understand why I need a parking sticker on my car, since I can't even get a spot anywhere near my place. 2. Bathroom fan is busted. (Nothing was ever done about it) 3. Walls are super thin. I can hear my neighbors and roommates talking and chatting away. 4. Floors are all creaky. Any which step you take on the stairs or in your bedroom, CREEKING, galore! 5. Did I mention emails? My email account is constantly getting spammed about rules, rules, and rules. Yet no rules are ever enforced. 6. Gym is absolutely pathetic. Broken down equipment/ nothing is fixed. The only saving grace for this place is the location and exterior looks. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. If I could give 0 stars I would!

There was a shooting here last month. Management's email called it a weapon discharge. It was 20 shots from a semiautomatic rifle that was shot into the townhouse and hit a man 8 times in the lower body. All of the indoors trim is paints sloppy. They replace the a/c and it leaked and made a stain on the ceiling it's been there for 2 years now. A lot of the townhouses needed window a/c units because the new ones they put in can't cool the townhouse. Management sent an email about how a/c are only made to bring down the temperature of a house 10 degrees below out side temp.( I guess they think I have never lived in another building, that had a proper a/c unit. Bother the front and side door had gapes that let in light. I had to get weather stripping to fix it. They tried and failed. The only thing nice about these townhouses is the area. It's set back in a nice wooded area, but people that live hear drive thru so fast it not really safe for kids to play. Trash cans would get over flown and nothing would be done about it by management.
