The service guy was great. I'd give him credit if I could remember his name lol. He figured out a long standing problem in about 5 minutes. I had a heat pump that I did not purchase from them, but they came out and figured out the issue and ordered the part. Rising Sun was great but the original manufacturer of my heat pump is very bad with customer service. So in the interim, the guys fixed my heater so it would work until the part arrived. That made a big impact on my sons party with the other kids. They figured everything out correctly and got it done. Very pleased. So pleased that they are the only company I will call in the future.

Yes they can check water in a few minutes...really very efficient and great prices on their chemicals even compared to online prices
That means water have gotten under the liner. Should discuss with someone at Rinsing Sun Pool.
Check out Rising Sun Pools aborted pool about five six years ago still got it and tried is saltwater system it is low maintenance and is very nice swimming
