You pay more for a direct ticket and it turns out that they give you something else and they still have you detained somewhere else just because of their incompetence, call customer service, they just pass you from one line to another and they just wash their hands and don't tell you help... lousy service 👎🏻

Their bus ran me off the road while trying to change lanes and did not stop or do anything. Passenger took a picture of the bus and when we called the number they kept transferring me or just hanging up. Finally when I got someone to speak to me they said I had to call back the following day and would give me no names or numbers for anyone to reach. Do not use this bus company.
