Some girls in the office were very unprofessional. One girl had her face mask half off her face. She didn't smile or say hello to me. Only 2 out of the 6 girls in that office were nice.

Very thorough, nice staff. Long wait even though had appointment. Medical staff very knowledgeable. Administrative staff nice but could use more “customer service” training.

My appointment time/date was wrong, luckily the audio test center was able to still schedule me, but my rigid and follow up was supposed to be with the main doctor, but he was not in that day at that office, so now I have to go back again and pay another copay. My prescription was also sent to one place, then I asked to cancel it and place it at another place. When I go there the next day, they say they don’t have my prescription, only a refill request. So I had to wait another day for my prescription to be shipped. People need to be more detailed in their work.

Where do I start? I've never had a worse experience with any organization in my life. I originally went in due to having breathing problems out of my nose. First, they don't validate parking nor do they have free parking anywhere close by. I eventually was told I needed to have surgery for a deviated septum. Even though we knew that I needed surgery, I was forced to use a nasal spray instead for a couple weeks. After that I was told that I would be receiving a call to schedule my surgery but never did. After a week or two I called them and they told me that my original doctor had left the organization and moved away so I had to start the whole process over and they made me go to POINTLESS appointments when we already knew what the problem was. FINALLY we were able to schedule the surgery. Many months later I had the surgery and that's where I started to have problems. I got home from the surgery and my throat was completely torn up which was later found out due to be caused breathing tube. Blood had clotted up immediately after the surgery which prevented me from rinsing my nose with the prescribed rinse kit which I was later told they prescribed me the wrong kit. Due to the blood build up and the wrong kit, when I tried to rinse my nose I had blood coming out of my EYE. My throat ended up being so bad that it made it difficult to breath out my mouth, and my nose was bandaged so I couldn't breath out of my nose. I went to the ER and I was told they weren't allowed to do anything without talking to the doctor who did the surgery. The second time I went to the ER I was told my doctor's assistant was going to meet us there because my doctor went on a week long vacation. After waiting for the assistant to show up for SIX HOURS, he canceled and I ended up leaving the ER with no advice, medication, or help of any kind. Eventually a week later I was able to go in to their office for a checkup where they prescribed me medication for my throat and helped with the blood build up in my nose. They changed the location of my check up appointments two or three times making me drive farther each time, eventually making me drive over an hour just to follow up after the surgery. I had multiple billing issues where the bills that were sent to my house were different amount then what they were telling me over the phone. There are more details that I am probably forgetting but I promise I will never go back to the Los Angeles Center for Ears, Nose, Throat and Allergy.
