The BIGGEST mistake I ever made in the end-of-life care of my mother was this hospice. I had to beg and plead in her final hours to get any kind of help and was at the point of calling 911 before they paid any attention. The last week has been made unbearable by this company. I didn’t have a regular nurse, got no response to my complaints about the inconsistency, had a nurse make me feel guilty about medical choices we had made as a family and with the consultation of three doctors, and had to scream at a nurse on the phone, “Do you even have a heart in your soul?” during her final hours. My mother’s passing was made way more difficult than it needed to be if they had done what they promised to do. I will spend the rest of my life publicly making sure as many people I can find know how despicable and awful this organization is. It is my true hope that people who run this organization live with the burden on their souls at how awful they treat people in their most dire moment of need. Shame on you, does not even come close to what I want to say to these people. If you need hospice care for a loved one, for the love of God, DO NOT USE THIS HOSPICE.!
