Family member had total knee replacement and doctor fractured the femur when placing the hardware. Totally ignored the increased pain from a fracture besides the knee replacement. The knee is still not good even after over a year+. Knee was less painful before the surgery. Office staff is a nightmare with little compassion for someone who recently had surgery.

Worst staff ever. I never write bad reviews. But this is not good. After being a patient for 15 years I have to wait 11 days for an app for a knee injury revolvong around torn tendons. The male staff member I spoke to was short with me. He sounded annoyed talking to me and was in NO means polite. He said if I want an app I'll have to just wait. 15 years folk. There is definitely no patient loyalty. I asked if I could talk to the Dr and I was told he is too busy. Didnt even offer to put my name down for any cancelations. Tutorino may be a good Dr. But his staff arent good and is it really a good Dr. If u cant squeeze in a long term patient. I 'll be seeing a new Dr. From now on. There goes 15 years of my loyalty. You cant expect your pacients to be loyal if you cant.
